Growing up in the 80s and 90s in Poland was like living in a movie full of political twists and epic change. As a kid, I watched the Iron Curtain rust away, and Europe transform right before my eyes. Fast forward a bit, and I found myself in the UK, diving into the world of exercise physiology.
I was all about understanding how our bodies move and thrive, and I turned that passion into a career on cruise ships, sailing from one horizon to the next. As a personal trainer and exercise physiologist, I was living the dream: helping people, staying fit, and seeing the world.
Then COVID hit, the ships stopped sailing, and the whole world moved online. So did I. I started coaching nutrition clients online, then moved into email marketing, SEO and content marketing. Along the way I taught myself to code, and that is where my journey as an entrepreneur really began.
I’m a first-generation entrepreneur. Nobody in my family ran a business, so I learned everything by doing it myself.
“Being an entrepreneur gave me the freedom to build businesses around the things I care about most: health, coffee, and travel.”
